AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS:

Your payment method on file will be automatically charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can log into your customer account on our website and click "Cancel Subscription" within your portal, or contact us at contact@raissadora.com at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund payments already processed.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, RAISSADORA US’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES, OR THE PRODUCTS (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RAISSADORA US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RaissaDora US, Shopify, and our affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
YOU AND RAISSADORA US AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND NOT IN A COURT OF LAW. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES.
YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. YOU AND RAISSADORA US AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
